Aging is a natural process, our skin starts to sag, our hair starts to turn grey and we get aches and pains. Many of the things that we attribute to aging are actually the result of inflammation.

By attacking the causes of silent inflammation, we can slow down the aging process and at the same time reverse the effects of chronic illness.

Proper nutrition, hormonal balance, exercise and fish oil are just some of the weapons that combat inflammation and help slow down the hands of time.

Some simple ways to reverse the aging process:

  1. A moderate carbohydrate diet filled with low glycemic vegetables and fruit will reduce weight, increase your energy and reduce inflammation.
  2. Get a good night’s rest so your body can repair itself.
  3. Use sun block when you are working outside.
  4. Exercise. Try and find one hour out of 24 to dedicate to your health. So join a gym; ask us about our “In-House” exercise program, or simply walk, but get out there and move! Always stretch before and after exercising.
  5. Take your fish oil daily.
  6. Stop and smell the roses. Relax and try to remove stress in your life.
